This private estate needed an ecological landscape renovation to connect surrounding habitats into a biodiverse ecosystem corridor.

GJLD created a Landscape Design Master Plan for numerous microclimates on the property, serving a multitude of design functions.

These included: perimeter screening, woodland understories, sunny meadow areas, and technical rain gardens. The result is a restored estate that looks, feels, and functions like a private nature preserve.
